Position Overview
Holistic Therapeutic Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated LICENSED Master Social Worker (MSW) to provide individual therapy services to adolescents, adults, and/or families in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral,
relational, or mental health concerns - Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation according to agency, insurance,
and ethical standards - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed
interventions, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as clinically indicated
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in accordance with the National
Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics - Coordinate care with outside providers and community resources when appropriate
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and complete safety assessments as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program with an active graduate level license in the state of MD, DC, or VA
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while seeking supervision appropriately
